Jeannette Galvanek

CareWise Solutions - Strategic Partner

Jeannette Galvanek and CareWise Solutions provide the Caring Place HUB App and certified proprietary training materials as a strategic partner with Caregivers Resource Group.

Jeannette is the Founder and CEO of CareWise Solutions, advocating for a major attitudinal and institutional shift in how employers, employee-caregivers, and teams work, live and care for aged and disabled family members. With the aging baby boomer society already here, families, employee-caregivers and employers can look to what CareWise Solutions calls the “longevity-of-care” spanning the next 30 years.

Steeped in 25 years of transformational leadership in a global, Fortune 50 corporation, Jeannette offers alternative paths to the current economic, human capital and digital ecosystem employee caregiving models for work and care across America.

Through CareWise Solutions, Jeannette highlights the impacts of the American Employment Caregiver Crisis. This is a shift in the focus of caregiving towards business and institutional involvement and away from the traditional individual family focus.

Employer solutions with Jeannette begin with a 30-minute discovery call with Founder Scott Bown to discuss how a robust Employee Resource Group (ERG) could support employees and impact organizational goals.

Paul Connelly

TASC, Regional Sales Director – Strategic Partner

TASC Regional Sales Director Paul Connelly is a trusted expert on pre-tax benefit accounts as well as compliance and continuation services. Paul works with employers across the U.S. to develop unique employee programs helping  ease Employee Family Caregivers challenges while supporting KPI’s such as recruitment and retention strategies. TASC is the largest privately owned Third Party Administrator of benefit account management services with over 70,000 clients nationwide including the State of New York, Ohio State University and the United States Federal Government.

TASC accommodates employers of any size to create customized contribution plans where employers can contribute funds to be used for a number of different TASC benefit accounts supporting Employee Family Caregivers such as:

The Lifestyle Reimbursement Account that can be truly used for ANYTHING your company wants to offer. Providing great value to your Employee Family Caregivers.

Would a Lifestyle Reimbursement Account cover an online monthly membership for family caregivers? Yes!

Would a Lifestyle Reimbursement Account cover an app that provides services for family caregivers? Yes!

Would a Lifestyle Reimbursement Account cover courses? Yes!

The TASC Dependent Care FSA allows you to use pretax dollars to pay for eligible expenses related to care for your child, disabled spouse, elderly parent, or other dependent who is physically or mentally incapable of self-care, so you (or your spouse) can work, look for work, or attend school full-time.

TASC also offers a unique way for employees to use contributed pre-tax and post-tax funds via the TASC Card and TASC Mobile App. In addition to employers offering a unique benefit and becoming a more attractive employer, there are significant tax saving incentives for employers to offer pre-tax benefit accounts such as a Flexible Spending Account. In fact, for every dollar that an employee contributes to an FSA, an employer saves 7.65% in payroll/FICA taxes! With family caregivers spending an average of 26% of their income on caregiving activities, according to AARP, a Medical FSA is an excellent way to help offset medical costs that employee caregivers incur for themselves as well as their dependent for which they provide care for—all while saving tax dollars for your company.
